What are their obstacles
The company starts their e-commerce business on Amazon by selling a large variety of product with the majority of follow listings and the minority of self-created listings. They have the major problem with their inventory control and profit margin control to the point that they are losing money when generating a good revenue.
What did we do
We have done a full analysis of all their products to provide an overall product adjustment plan to eliminate non-profiting products, none competitive products, and less potential products. It was a difficult adjustment to make but it is a must for the company to become profitable and manageable.
