What are their obstacles
A startup company that plans to sell their classic backpacks on Amazon. They have experienced a series of problems that penalized their sales such as being suspended by Amazon after violating policies, no well-established brand for traffic, a brand new store with no feedbacks, brand new product with no reviews and market overly saturated with very similar product.
What did we do
We have taken over with the full-service management of their products and sales of Amazon. With our experience and guidance, the store was able to grow at a very fast pace and avoided possible wrong routes.
